Being a woman in the tech industry is an experience that requires resilience, adaptability, and an unshakable sense of self. The tech world, often dominated by logic, data, and male-driven leadership, can be both exhilarating and exhausting. It demands sharp skills, quick thinking, and the ability to navigate spaces where women’s voices aren’t always the loudest. Yet, my time in tech was also a training ground—one that taught me how to negotiate, assert my value, and build a business on my own terms.
Breaking Barriers and Learning to Negotiate
When I first stepped into the tech industry, I quickly realised that success wasn’t just about technical knowledge or expertise—it was about understanding power dynamics, negotiation, and energy exchange. I saw how deals were made, how leadership operated, and how influence was wielded. Often, I found myself in rooms where I was the only woman, learning to hold my ground and make my presence felt.
There were also moments of vulnerability—times when I could have been overlooked, undervalued, or even taken advantage of. But instead of being discouraged, I turned these moments into lessons. I honed my ability to read people, anticipate needs, and use intuition as a strategic tool. Rather than suppressing my sensitivity, I began to see it as an asset—one that allowed me to connect with people on a deeper level and make decisions that went beyond just logic and numbers.
The Transition: From Tech to Holistic Business
As I evolved in my career, I began to feel a pull toward something more meaningful. While tech had given me valuable skills, I realised that true success wasn’t just about innovation and profit—it was about alignment, purpose, and impact. I wanted to create a business that helped others connect with their deeper intuition, make empowered decisions, and lead with consciousness.
Having worked in top senior roles for some of the biggest industries, including Microsoft, Trainline, Gucci, and more, I had firsthand experience of what it takes to thrive in high-pressure environments. I saw a gap: while businesses thrived on strategy, they often lacked alignment and deeper purpose. Leaders were burning out, companies were struggling with internal disconnection, and decision-making was often fear-driven rather than intuitive.
Bridging Intuition with Leadership
Today, I work with executives, entrepreneurs, and business owners, helping them integrate intuition, energy work, and conscious leadership into their businesses. My journey has shown me that the most successful leaders aren’t just the ones who analyse data or chase profit—they’re the ones who understand people, trust their instincts, and lead with vision and authenticity.
Through my coaching and workshops, I teach:
✅ How to harness intuition in business—making smarter, heart-centred decisions.
✅ Conscious leadership—creating success that aligns with personal values and purpose.
✅ Negotiation and energetic presence—holding power in business discussions and partnerships.
✅ Bridging logic with intuition—using both strategy and inner guidance to lead effectively.
A New Era of Leadership
The world is shifting. Business is no longer just about profits and competition; it’s about impact, purpose, and creating meaningful change. More companies are recognising the need for intuitive leadership, emotional intelligence, and holistic business strategies.
My journey—from navigating the tech industry to building a business based on energy, intuition, and leadership—has been proof that we don’t have to fit into rigid structures to succeed. Women, in particular, have the ability to lead with both strength and intuition, blending strategy with deep emotional intelligence.
If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that real success isn’t about fitting into a system—it’s about redefining it. And that’s exactly what I help leaders do today.
