What is Usui Reiki Level 1? Usui Reiki Level 1 is the foundation of your Reiki journey, introducing you to the power of energy healing. This level focuses on self-healing, learning to channel Reiki energy, and gaining the skills to heal others through hands-on techniques. What Will You Learn?
