1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including but not limited to Reiki treatments, Reiki courses, psychic readings, coaching, spiritual life coaching, corporate workshops, and other related services ("Services"). By booking or using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

  • Our Services are intended to support personal and professional growth but do not replace medical, legal, or psychological advice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms or behaves inappropriately.

3. Booking and Payment

  • All sessions must be booked in advance through our website or agreed-upon channels.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but existing bookings will be honoured at the agreed rate.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will not be eligible for a refund, but rescheduling may be possible at our discretion.

  • No-shows or late arrivals (beyond 15 minutes) will be considered a forfeited session with no refund.

  • For corporate or group bookings, specific cancellation policies may apply and will be stated at the time of booking.

5. Liability Disclaimer

  • Our Services are provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee specific results.

  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

  • Clients are responsible for their own well-being and decisions during and after sessions.

6. Confidentiality

  • All personal information shared during sessions is kept strictly confidential unless required by law.

  • We do not share client details with third parties without consent.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, content, and courses provided by us are the intellectual property of Aude Firmin Intuitive and Holistic Business and can not be copied, shared, or distributed without our permission.

8. Code of Conduct

  • Clients are expected to engage with our Services respectfully.

  • Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of Services without refund.

9. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, technical failures, or personal emergencies.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of this country.

11. Changes to These Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
